To me, a skin care schedule is really important and I for just one stick to mine religiously. In my own early teens I suffered with problematic skin really, therefore i decided 1 day that I would develop my own routine and stay with it. Over time I’ve definitely seen an improvement in my skin overall and I very rarely get blemishes. The main thing with skin care is to obviously find the appropriate products that suit your skin layer type and adhere to them!

If you’re constantly swapping up and using different products, your skin layer won’t react to them properly and it will have no enduring effect. I’ve sensitive epidermis that is susceptible to dryness – my jaw and eyes seem to be the worst affected! THEREFORE I have to find products that pack my pores and skin filled with hydration yet at the same time are soft and calming to relaxed the awareness.

I’m really happy with how my skincare routine reaches as soon as as There is some real gems that work really well for me. An added bonus is that everything I use can simply be found on the high street, so value sensible I think they’re all amazing! As I have dry epidermis, exfoliating is a key step in my skincare routine as it can help buff away my trouble spots and helps keep my epidermis feeling smooth and looking radiant.

My favourite cosmetic scrub is the St Ives Apricot Scrub for sensitive skin and despite it being quite a rough cosmetic scrub, I actually find my skin appears its best easily use this on a regular basis. I love to use this in the shower before cleaning so that it can certainly help make my epidermis feel soft and clean.

Now this cleanser seems to get a lot of combined reviews, both morning and night to cleanse my skin but I for one absolutely love it and use it. The Peaches & Clean cleanser by Soap & Glory is packed with anti-oxidants and vitamins so whilst it gently cleanses away makeup and impurities, it also helps treat my skin and leaves it feeling and looking amazing. I love this cleanser a lot and I can honestly say it’s helped get rid of my skin and definitely keeps any new blemishes away.

For makeup removal I usually consider the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water (applied on to a large cotton pad) as this is brilliant for gently removing any kind of makeup – including waterproof mascara! I love how relaxing this seems on the skin and how quickly it takes my makeup off without departing any residue on your skin.
