So many things ‘re going on! Seems like it’s hard to focus on one thing at the same time. I’m the type of one who obsesses. My brain operates in a blast of consciousness that when it surface finishes one thought, it’s on to the next one! Thinking about getting into yoga exercises, or deep breathing.
Something to help me relax and enjoy the moment I’m in. My life is a continuous GO GO GO! I’m considering I need one hour sometime throughout the day to re-focus. It’ll soon be me! Had some bad luck recently, and really want to focus more on the positive than on the negative. I’ve a lot to be thankful for, and really need to.. So this blog started out as a way to record my competition preps, but now I’m going to focus more on ways to get my thoughts out and keep an upgrade on my own health and fitness. I like getting my workout routines taken care of early so it is one less thing that I have to do. Hit glutes at the fitness center, and got in a few cardio! I’m eating clean still, and focused on just being better to my body. I wish to make my health important.
