SLIMMING DOWN The Lazy Way

Well I have been off for such a long time. I could continue. I have lost about 10lb since I had written last. Most of this is not for the right reasons exactly. I didn’t really eat anything at all for a week. For another 3 weeks I needed nowhere to live – I ate a million calories from fat in takeaways during this time but still lost the weight anyway which I believe is ‘stress’. I now again have a program. I have been very good at eating in all honesty. However, I haven’t done any exercise.

I haven’t done any working for seven weeks which actually makes me feel quite upset as at that time I felt as though I had been getting someplace with my running – I’d even enrolled in a 10k in March. I’ve had a lot of time to think recently about myself and the person I would like to be.

I want to keep writing this blog – I wish to be considered a runner, I wish to get myself back to the blogging ‘fitness’ community. But at the same time I would like to get this to blog a little bit more ‘me’. I don’t want to dwell too much on my romantic relationship break up however in a way I do feel a bit like I have found some parts of myself which i had forgotten I had fashioned lost. Anyhow, my next goal is to get back in to running and find some kind of way to make it work.

Send any advice you have my way! PS: “How are you?” you may ask. I’d be lying easily said I didn’t have bad days, but people I understand are always commenting that I’ve dealt with this all perfectly. The near future scares me, but at the same time I feel a little excited by it. Albus Dumbledore once said we should choose between what is right and what’s easy.

After scanning this hub over, I think maybe I should read a book about how to get motivated to clean my house! Update: Since I wrote this, I’ve discovered a fresh tool that makes my house much cleaner and it is fun to use. It’s the Swiffer. You have probably seen the advertisements for it on tv. Well, without a doubt, whoever created this is a genius.

It picks up dirt and dirt quickly, and when it is used by me after I vacuum, it always amazes me how much dirt and dust is on my flooring still! Which of these could you do than clean your house rather? None. I love to clean my house! Register or subscribe and post utilizing a HubPages Network accounts.
